Current Patient Login


Our telehealth appointments are managed via our patient portal system,

Desktop Access

  • Your portal account can be initiated by logging in at
  • Once you’ve reached the main login page, enter your username and password.
  • A new password can be generated by following the “forgot your password?” prompt.
  • Forgotten usernames can be retrieved by calling or texting our office.

Mobile Devices

  • From your smartphone or tablet, download the MYIO app via Apple Store, Google Play, etc.
  • Log in using your current credentials (username and password).
  • Follow the prompts from desktop access if you require assistance with username/password.

Telehealth Appointments

  • Please log in for your session 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. There may have been scales or measures added to your account. Ensure that they are completed prior to your meeting with Dr. Shampaine.
  • From the “Upcoming Appointments” tab, click on your current appointment and “Check In”.
  • After you check in, you will remain on the same page; the screen will not be altered. Once Dr. Shampaine is available, a yellow box will appear at the top of your screen. Click the yellow box to enter the session.
  • Trouble connecting to your session? Text or call our office to request help. If you do not alert us prior to your appointment time, the time required to trouble shoot will be deducted from your session time.
